FastStartup provides users with a Next.js SaaS framework (boilerplate) designed to assist developers in building Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications efficiently. The framework is available for purchase and download as a standalone product for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

Access to the FastStartup framework is granted upon receipt of a one-time payment. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods provided on our website. All sales are final. Refunds or cancellations are not permitted unless required by applicable law.

You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the purchase, including but not limited to VAT or sales tax, depending on your location.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the FastStartup framework solely for your personal or commercial projects. This license is subject to the restrictions outlined in these Terms.

4. Prohibited Activities

By using the FastStartup Service, you agree that you will not:

• Make the source code, in whole or in part, publicly accessible through any medium, including but not limited to open-source repositories, public forums, or file-sharing platforms.
• Distribute, sublicense, resell, or otherwise transfer the code to any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any proprietary components of the Service.
• Use the Service to create unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful applications.
• Engage in any activity that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of FastStartup or any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, associated with the FastStartup framework remain the sole property of FastStartup. Your purchase of the framework does not transfer ownership of these rights to you. You may not use our intellectual property in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without our explicit permission.

6. Liability Limitations

The FastStartup framework is provided "as is" without any representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastStartup shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the framework, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

7. Termination Policy

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the FastStartup framework without prior notice if you breach any of the terms outlined in this agreement, including but not limited to making the code public or engaging in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your license to use the framework will immediately cease, and you must delete any copies of the framework in your possession.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Germany.

9. Changes to These Terms

FastStartup reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through our website or other communication channels. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
